Terms of Use

Effective September 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of alrightmeds.com. By using the website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. This website and our services are not for emergencies.

Who we are

AlrightMeds LLC is a technology and marketing company. We don't practice medicine. Medical care is provided by independent, licensed clinicians through affiliated professional practices, which make all clinical decisions. Treatment and prescriptions are provided only when a clinician decides they're appropriate for you.

Not medical advice

Content on this website is general information, not medical advice. Using the website doesn't create a clinician–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when a licensed clinician accepts you as a patient.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state where services are available to use our services.

Your separate care agreements

When you start a visit, you'll agree to additional terms, a telehealth consent and a Notice of Privacy Practices from the treating practice and its platform. Those documents govern your care, payments and medical information.

Using the website

Don't misuse the website: no attempts to break in, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access if you do.

Our content

The AlrightMeds name, logo, design and content belong to AlrightMeds LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Anything else needs our written permission.

Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AlrightMeds isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to $100. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
